Privacy by default
Lookups aren't logged to an identity. Saved addresses are encrypted at rest. No data broker relationships, ever. You're researching a place to live, not volunteering to be profiled.
Primary sources, not aggregated guesses
Official broadband filings, county permit portals, federal flood maps, environmental screens, demographic surveys, crime statistics, air-quality monitors, trail networks, transit feeds, and dozens more — we go upstream to the primary source. Exactly which sources is proprietary; if we can't verify one meets our accuracy bar, it doesn't ship.

Hi — I'm Justin. The idea started when I was comparing a few places and realized the deciding factor wasn't just the listing — it was the real-life setup. Could I actually get groceries delivered? Restaurants? Which internet providers are available? What utilities serve the property? How's the cell coverage? Those answers can sway the decision fast.
Sometimes I want "everything." Sometimes I want a quieter, more secluded place — but I still need to know I can get essentials without driving an hour. And for vacation rentals, I might want to be close to everything… or intentionally away from it, while still having food delivery as a safety net.
