DoesItHaveIt? is currently live only in Colorado while we harden data sources and verify accuracy. We're actively expanding — sign up for the newsletter to be notified when we launch in your state.

Provider coverage data comes from official regulatory filings, public databases, and provider APIs. If a provider hasn't filed accurate coverage data, your address is new, or you're on the edge of a service area, it may not appear. Use the contact form below to request a provider review — we triage these weekly.

Go to Dashboard → Billing and click "Manage payment method" to access the Stripe portal, where you can cancel. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period. You can also email billing@doesithaveit.com and we'll handle it within one business day.

You get full access to everything in your chosen plan for 14 days. No payment is taken until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then at no charge — no questions asked.

Yes. We offer a full refund within 7 days of the first charge if the product didn't meet your expectations. Email billing@doesithaveit.com with your account email and we'll process it promptly.

Use the contact form below with the topic "Request a provider" and tell us the provider name, type (internet, utility, transit, etc.), and your area. We review requests weekly and prioritize by demand.

Lookups are not tied to your identity unless you're signed in and choose to save them. Saved addresses are encrypted at rest and permanently deleted when you close your account. We never sell your data to third parties, ever.

Try a hard refresh (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac, Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows). If that doesn't work, disable any browser extensions that block scripts and try an incognito window. If it still doesn't load, please report it using the bug button — include your browser and OS version.

Accuracy varies by category and location. Some sources are live APIs, some are cached, and some are scheduled public dataset ingests. Broadband filings can lag behind real deployment, county permits depend on local publishing, and official survey datasets update on their own cycles. We display confidence indicators where relevant and continuously improve coverage.

Yes — the Free plan allows comparing up to 2 addresses side-by-side. Upgrade unlocks up to 5 addresses (and Upgrade plan) or unlimited comparisons (Premium). You can see the full comparison on the Pricing page.

Investing intent reweights the same address evidence toward marketability and operating context: rent benchmarks, internet and utilities, permits, transit, daily services, events, outdoor appeal, and neighborhood demand signals. It is not financial advice, but it helps you compare addresses through an investor lens.
