What are credits?
Credits are an in-app currency you can use to unlock one-time features without changing your subscription plan. For example, a Free plan user can purchase a credits pack to unlock the Permits card for a single lookup, or to run a one-time export.
How to earn credits
- Top-up packs: purchase credit packs from your Dashboard → Billing page. Packs are $2 for 5 credits, $5 for 15 credits, or $10 for 35 credits.
- Referrals: when someone you refer subscribes to a paid plan, you receive 10 bonus credits.
- Promotions: we occasionally offer credits as part of a promotion or for completing a feedback survey.
How to spend credits
- Permits card unlock: 2 credits for a single address (Free plan users)
- Extended radius: 1 credit per search (Free plan users)
- One-time export: 3 credits for a CSV export of a single address result
- Extra compare slot: 1 credit to compare a third address on Free (up to 5 total)
Credits don't expire
Credits never expire. If you upgrade to a paid plan, you keep your credit balance and they apply on top of your plan's included features.
Refunding credits
Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Email billing@doesithaveit.com with your account email and the amount of credits you want refunded.
