What is business promotion?
If you own or operate a business at a physical address, promotion lets you appear as a featured listing when users search nearby addresses. Your business card shows up in the results alongside the standard data cards, with your business name, description, and a link to your website or booking page.
Who is it for?
Promotion is for local businesses that benefit from foot traffic or nearby discovery — restaurants, gyms, salons, co-working spaces, retail stores, healthcare providers, and similar businesses.
It's not intended for individual residential promotions or SEO link building — misuse results in removal without refund.
How to set up promotion
- Go to Dashboard → Promote a business (requires Premium plan).
- Click Add a business.
- Enter your business address. We verify it against our geocoder.
- Fill in business name, description (up to 280 characters), category, website URL, and optionally a phone number.
- Upload a logo or image (optional — max 500 KB, JPG or PNG).
- Submit for review. Our team reviews new listings within 2 business days.
Promotion radius
Your listing appears on lookups within 0.5 miles of your business address by default. You can increase this to 1 mile in your promotion settings, but a larger radius means your listing appears as "nearby" on more searches — use it appropriately.
Analytics
From your promotion dashboard, you can see how many times your business card was shown (impressions) and how many users clicked your website link (clicks) each week.
