Step 1: Enter an address
Navigate to doesithaveit.com. The search bar is front-and-center on the home page. Type any Colorado street address — for example, 1600 Glenarm Pl, Denver, CO 80202.
As you type, an autocomplete dropdown will suggest matching addresses. Select the correct one from the dropdown — this ensures we geocode the right location rather than guessing on an ambiguous input.
Step 2: Choose an intent mode
Before or after you search, you can set an intent mode that filters and weights results for your use case:
- Any — a balanced overview of everything. Good if you're just curious.
- Buying — emphasizes permits, schools, long-term neighborhood data, and investment signals.
- Renting — focuses on transit, walkability, internet speeds, and nearby services.
- Investing — emphasizes rent benchmarks, infrastructure, permits, transit access, amenities, events, and demand signals.
- Vacation — surfaces events, restaurants, entertainment, and short-term rental context.
Step 3: Read the results
Results appear as a grid of cards, each covering a different category. Cards have a header with the category name, a summary score or status, and expandable detail rows.
If a card shows Limited data, it means our data sources have incomplete coverage for that address — this is normal in less-dense areas.
Step 4: Explore the map
The map panel shows pin layers for the categories that have location data — grocery stores, transit stops, schools, and more. You can toggle each layer on and off using the legend at the top of the map. Clicking a pin shows its details.
Step 5: Save or compare
If you're logged in on an Upgrade or Premium plan, you can save the address to your dashboard for tracking. You can also switch to Compare mode to look at up to 5 addresses side-by-side.
On a Free plan, you can compare up to 2 addresses.
