What is DoesItHaveIt?

Learn what DoesItHaveIt? does, what data it pulls together, and who it's built for.

The big idea

DoesItHaveIt? is an address intelligence platform. Type in any street address in Colorado and we aggregate 150+ signals from 90+ official, commercial, and proprietary sources to answer the question: does it have what you need?

Whether you're evaluating a home purchase, deciding where to sign a lease, scoping an investment property, planning a vacation stay, or just curious about a neighborhood, DoesItHaveIt? gives you a single unified view of what's available at that exact address — without opening ten browser tabs.

What we look up

Every address lookup pulls data across several categories:

  • Internet & cable — which ISPs serve the address, what speeds are advertised, and whether fiber is available.
  • Transit & walkability — nearest bus stop, light-rail, and transit center distances. Coverage spans regional transit agencies, bike-share stations, and walkability based on nearby amenities.
  • Grocery & food — nearest grocery stores, specialty markets, and farmers markets within search radius.
  • Schools — nearby official and commercial school records where available.
  • Permits & construction — recent building permits filed at the county level, so you know what's changing nearby.
  • Weather, flood & environment — official flood zones, active alerts, forecast and climate context, environmental indicators, air quality, and earthquake activity.
  • Healthcare access — official health-center, provider, and hospital records plus urgent care, pharmacies, and essential services.
  • Safety & risk — wildfire hazard potential, radon zones, abandoned mine proximity, flood zones, earthquakes, and avalanche risk.
  • Property data — assessed value, appraised value, zoning, land use, lot size, sale history, soil type, drainage class, and septic suitability.
  • Special districts — which fire, water, school, metro, and parks & rec district serves the address. Plus your electric utility company.
  • Community amenities — licensed childcare facilities, public library branches, colleges & universities, historic places, and trauma center distances.
  • EV & mobility — EV charging stations within 5 mi (including DC fast chargers), rideshare availability, and bike share.
  • Investment signals — official rent benchmarks, permit activity, infrastructure, transit, amenities, events, and marketability context.
  • Events & entertainment — upcoming events within range from major ticketing and community feeds (Premium plan).
  • Demographics — census-derived population, income, and household data for context.

Where does the data come from?

We aggregate from 90+ official, commercial, and proprietary sources across:

  • Broadband filings and mobile-coverage context
  • County and city permit systems
  • Commercial and community place data plus amenity intelligence
  • Regional transit and bike-share feeds
  • Risk, environmental, weather, climate, and community-sensor data
  • Demographics, rent benchmarks, food access, community health, and crime statistics
  • Health-center, provider, hospital, and school records
  • Parcels, special districts, water resources, business entities, and utility territories
  • Solar potential, utility rates, EV charging, and energy incentives
  • Wildfire, radon, abandoned-mine, and soil records
  • Childcare, libraries, colleges, historic places, and trauma centers
  • Recreation, parks, trails, roads, avalanche conditions, and rideshare availability
  • Major ticketing and community-event feeds

Data refreshes on schedules appropriate to each category. Live and short-cache feeds update frequently, while large official datasets follow their publishers' release cycles. We display freshness indicators where data age matters. The provider directory and integration graph are proprietary and are not published.
