The results grid
After a successful search, results appear as a card grid. Each card represents one category of address intelligence. Cards are ordered by relevance to your chosen intent mode.
Card anatomy
Every card has the same structure:
- Category badge — the category icon and label (Internet, Transit, Grocery, etc.)
- Status row — a quick summary: green for available/good, amber for limited, red for unavailable or problematic.
- Detail rows — specific data points within the category, like "Fiber: Available" or "Bus lines: 4 within 0.5 mi".
- Confidence indicator — where our data has uncertainty, we show a confidence bar or note explaining the limitation.
- Data age — for time-sensitive categories like permits, we show when the underlying data was last updated.
What the colors mean
- Green — good availability, strong score, or recent positive data.
- Amber/Yellow — limited availability, moderate score, or data that needs caveat.
- Red — unavailable, failed to load, or strong negative signal.
- Muted/Gray — data not available for this address or not applicable.
Confidence scores
Some cards show a confidence percentage (e.g., "82% confidence"). This reflects how complete and verified our underlying data is for that specific address. Rural or newly-developed addresses often have lower confidence because data sources haven't yet filed complete coverage for the area.
Low confidence doesn't mean the data is wrong — it means we have less certainty and you should treat it as a starting point rather than a definitive answer.
Plan-gated categories
Some categories are only available on Upgrade or Premium plans. Gated cards show a lock icon and an upgrade prompt. You can preview what's locked from the Pricing page.
