What is Compare mode?
Compare mode lets you place multiple addresses side-by-side so you can evaluate them against each other. This is especially useful when you're deciding between two apartments, comparing potential office locations, or ranking neighborhoods.
How to start comparing
- Run a search for your first address.
- In the results view, click Compare in the top-right of the page.
- A comparison panel opens. Your current address is pre-loaded as Address 1.
- Use the search field in the panel to add a second address.
- Continue adding addresses up to your plan's limit.
How many addresses can I compare?
| Plan | Max addresses |
|---|---|
| Free | 2 |
| Upgrade | 5 |
| Premium | 5 |
Reading the comparison
The comparison view shows each address as a column. Rows correspond to data categories. Cells are color-coded: green for better, amber for moderate, red for worse — relative to the other addresses in your comparison set.
Use the intent mode selector at the top of the comparison to weight the categories that matter for your use case (Buying, Renting, Vacation).
Saving a comparison
On Premium plans, you can save the entire comparison as a named set in your dashboard. This lets you revisit it later and see how addresses have changed if any have been saved to your watchlist.
