Refund policy

Our 7-day full refund policy and how to request one.

Our commitment

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first charge if the product didn't meet your expectations — no questions asked, no hassle.

Who qualifies

  • First-time subscribers only (not repeat subscriptions after cancellation).
  • Request must be within 7 calendar days of the charge date.
  • Annual plan refunds are prorated after the 7-day window — contact us to discuss.

How to request a refund

  1. Email billing@doesithaveit.com with the subject line Refund request.
  2. Include the email address on your account.
  3. Tell us briefly why (it helps us improve — but we'll process the refund either way).

We process refunds within one business day. The funds typically appear back on your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Trial period

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial — you won't be charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before then, you owe nothing. The refund policy applies to the first charge after the trial period.

Outside the 7-day window

If it's been more than 7 days and you have a compelling circumstance (billing error, technical issue preventing use), email us and we'll look at it case by case. We're a small team and we aim to do the right thing.
